OUR PAPER (THAHAROH)


Tulisan ini dibuat oleh sahabat2ku yang selalu ane kenang di dunia dan di akhirat kelak....
Amin. 
ITRODUCTION

            The great praises just for Allah SWT. Who never careless in his supervision never make the mistake. He is the king of the world, the fair king, and the wise king. Than the all king of this world The God who always gives us beauty for live. God who always gives us the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful life with set of problem. He is the God who always stay in our heart, whenever, wherever. Because of him too, we have the opportunity to finish the task. That we can finish it at long time.
            The greeting and peace just for super idol, Superman, Super dad, who always be a motivator and inspiration during our beauty and our pulses beat. He is Muhammad SAW. The best man long the life. He is man who teach us the responsibility in all of things.
We make this E-Paper as task from our English teacher. We don’t hope anything from this E-Paper just we hope this can have be usefully for us who make it, for our young brother and sister, and for the reader all.
            We make this E-Paper with “                                                              
as the chapter. Why we make this chapter for our E-Paper? Because we know all of Fiqih science always begin with thaharoh, because thaharoh is to important for us. And Allah love his servant who always pure, Allah SWT. Said:

The meaning: Surely God loves those who repent and who loves those who are always pure
            From this verse we know that the purity is so important, because we must do everything with purity.
            We say thanks and we dedicate this E-Paper to
*Chief of our lovely Boarding School Darunnajat Mr. Aminuddin Masyhudi and his family who always teach us meaning of science for our live, and because of them we know, how beautiful looking for science.
*Our Director of  KMI Mr. Abdul Wahab Majid. S.Pd.I and the teachers, who always give us motivation to be discipline   at all.
*Our special one who have reeducated us from little to grow up. Who always keep us in every time. Who give us support in every things. Who always support our life. there are our dad and mom. May Allah always protect them. And give them the health and may Allah us to be good child from them. 
*Mr. Agus Trimulyo. S.Pd.I, who has given this great task for us, he is our teacher who always give us English task that make us dizzy, and sometimes we think we can not finish, but we know he just want to us to be master of language. Master of English and Arabic. Nothing we can give just tanks you for all, you are our best teacher.
*Our class mate (CaEm) who always together which us during 6 year, you are our best friend forever, just you all that make us cry, sad, laugh and happy. Please don’t lost us from your mind. No word we can say just love you full Caem.
*for our young brother and sister and whoever in this lovely college, you all our best. My Allah SWT. Always bless you, we don’t hope anything from you. Just pray to us, may Allah give us the best opportunity to be good person, good servant in this world and my Allah give us the successful to finish our life.








PART I
THE KINDS OF WATER


Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said :


The water that possible to pure are seven waters
v  The water which is fall from the sky (                               )
v  The water in the sea  (                               )
v  The water which is flow trough in the river (                               )
v  The water which is stay in the well (                               )
v  The water which is flow from the spring (                               )
v  Ice water (                               )
v  Cold water (                               )
Four kind of water


1.      Thohir Muthohir Ghairu Makruh
Is pure water that purity to other and does not nature in use. It called Mutlaq water or the water that possible to lost ritual impurity and excrement


2.      Thohir Muthohir Makruhi
Is pure water that purity to other and it is makruh in use. It is water that sunbathed in hot place. It called Musyammas water.
Musyammas is pure if it meet with the excrement and it possible to purity. It is mean it possible to lost the ritual impurity and excrement. Cause it still called Muthlak. And the law in use it is Makruh. Because Rosulullah forbid Aissyah when she use Musyammas water and Rosulullah said:
Musyammas water can result the spots.


From Ibnu Abbas R.A. that Rosulallah SAW. Said:
The meaning:



3.      Thohir Ghoiru Muthohir (pure water but it do not purity/water that used before/pure water, but it do not rule to purity. It called by Musta’mal.
Ø  The water that have changed one of his characteristic (color, smell, taste)  because it have mixed with. The other pure things as coffee, tea etc.
Ø  Musta’mal is little water that have used to purity although it do not change one of his characteristic.
Ø  Tries water and fruits water as coconut water etc.


4.      Is water that trucked with excrement things and it lest from two basin or there is two basin but have changed. It called Mutanajis.
Mutanajis are two kinds
Ø  The water that have changed one of his characteristic with excrement that much or lest.
Ø  The water that trucked with excrement but it do not change one of his characteristic. This water do not ruler for purity if it lest from two basin. If it much from two basin and do not change one of his characteristic it may use to purity.











PART II
CARCASS SKIN AND TRAYS

Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:


All of carcass skin are possible be pure by tanning. Except dog, hog, skin and the child which born from them or from one of them.
It possible be eaten, If this skin from animal that allowed be eaten Imam Syafi’I give priority to Jawaz (possible) law. But Imam Nawawi give priority that it is forbidden.
The school of doctrine Imam Syafi’I said the skin tanning can be expressed with succeed if it has filled by three requirements there are:
1.      Has to lost meat  remainder of the skin.
2.      The skin condition has to be better.
3.      Tanning yield if it submerged in the water do not back to broken or smell putrid.
For the dog, hog and their children can not be pure with tanning. According the school of doctrine Syafi’I said “there is not  differences, because the dog and hog are excrement during their life. Where as tanning, just purity the skin. And the excrement caused by dead. An other from it, the tanning purpose is lusting the remnant of meat and push the characteristic change.
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:



Carcass bone and feather are excrement except Adam children’s carcass. Because their feather and bone are pure.
Allah SWT. Said:

“Prohibited to you is dead meat”
Abstain from forbidden thing and do not contain the danger from drinking. It show the excrement, there is no doubt that bone and feather are from animal body. But there is differences in feather it is excrement. Because death or not? This differences bring about two opinions.
The first there is no excrement cause the feathers are not be placed by life spirit. So it does not excrement cause death.
The second: it is excrement, this opinion that has clarified by the other.
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:



             
“And using gold trays and silver trays are not possible. And it is possible using the trays which is made not from gold or silver. it is based Hudzaifah’s prophetic redactions, he said: I hear Rosulullah said:




Don’t use soft silk or thin silk and don’t drink everything in gold trays or silver. Cause silk gold and silver are for unbeliever in the world and for you in the next.










PART III
SIWAK
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:






Siwak is prescribed in every condition. Except at the middle of day for the faster. Siwak is prescribed too in the math caused by: long of silence or an other, when we get up from sleeping, and when we stand for praying. Siwak is prescribed absolutely, cause Rosulullah said:



Siwak is pure the mouth and come Allah’s willing.
The prescribe of siwak is studied in certain time. As when somebody feel smell putrid in this mouth that caused by along of silent or other Azmin is silent long time. Somebody said that Azmin is leaving  is leaving the eating. And when somebody get up from sleeping. Rosulullah always do it after sleeping.
This is the praying:


            He clean and desalts his mouth with siwak.


            And when we stand for praying. Rosulullah said:


            If I do not afraid to my ummah, certainly I have ordered them to use siwak every praying.
            From Aisyah R.A. from Rosulullah SAW. That he said:



            Two rakaat using siwak is better than 70 rokaat without it.

PART IV
ABLUTION

Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:



Obligation of ablution are six:
1.      The intention when we wash our faces.
the intention for the health man are 3
Ø  To lost the ritual impurity/pure from the ritual impurity.
Ø  To do praying or an other which is may be done with purity.
Ø  Obligation or to do obligation of ablution although the man is child.
2.      Washing face.
Allah SWT. Said:

“When you intend to pray, you must wash your faces”
The way to washing face is from the outset of grow to top of brow. It is for long of face, and from the ear to one other, for the large of face.
3.      Washing the hands up to the elbow.
Allah SWT. Said:


“your hand up to the elbow”
4.      Wiping the hand
Allah SWT. Said


“wipe your heads”
5.      Washing feet to the ankles.
Allah SWT, said:


“and your feet to the ankles”
6.      Ordering from the first to the last.
the qualification of ablution are:
Ø  Islam.
Ø  Mumayyiz (who can differ between the good and bad)
Ø  Have not ritual impurity.
Ø  With the pure water which is purity.
Ø  nothing which is prevent the water to part of ablution, as sap, paint etc.
Ø  knowing between obligation and optional.

The Optional of Ablution
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:
The optional of ablution are ten.
The first reading (Bismillahirrohmanirrohim).


The second: washing palm of hand before put in to the basin.


The third: rinse the mouth and draw the water on the nose.


The fourth: leveling the water to the head by washing it.


The fifth: wiping the ears.


The sixth and seventh: wiping the beard and wiping the fingers and the toes.


The eight, ninth and tinth: beginning the left on the right, purity three times and ordering.








PART V

ISTINJA
(Cleaning after defecation and urination or before ritual ablution)

Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:


We have to istinja after taking urine and taking motion.
Rosulullah SAW. Said:

You have to clean with three stones.
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:


Taking motion is more eminent with stones, than followed with water. Who want to take motion may use the water only, and may use the stones only, but the three stones have to clean the excrement place. If want to thing which is simple than it, so the eminent between the both is use the water.
The things which forbidden in istinja
Ø  Don’t face to the direction of Mecca or turn back on it (who take it in wide palce)
Ø  Don’t take urine in the calm place.
Ø  No under tree which filed a harvest.
Ø  No take it in the street.
Ø  No take in the hole.
Ø  No take it in the take shifter place.
Ø  Do not talk to an other.
Ø  Do not face to the sun or month or turn back on it.

PART VI
THE THINGS WHICH ABROGATE THE ABLUTION

Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:


The things which abrogate the ablution are five:
1.      The things that come out from the Qubul and Dubur.


2.      Sleeping which is do not settle at the man who seat on the earth.


3.      And lost the man caused by drunk or sick.

4.      The man touch the girl which three is not cloth between them. And the girl is not muhrim.


5.      Touch the vuluva with palm of hand. (                                                                  )











PART VII
THE THINGS WHICH OBLIGATE TO BATH
(Bath after doing ritually impure)



The things which obligate to bath are six.
Three of them are from a man and girl. There are have sexual intercourse, sperm, and each.



And another three are from girls. There are menstruation, parturition and a birth.

PART VIII
AL-GHUSLU
(BATHE AFTER DOING RITUALY IMPURE)





The obligations of bathe are three, there are intention, lost the excrement which in his body.




“channel the water to top of hair and skin”
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:


The optional of bathe are five.
Reading Basmallah, washing the hand before put it into the basin and take ablution before taking bathe.


Inciting the hand on the body, ordering and beginning the right on the left.

PART IX
PRESCRIBE BATHES



Prescribe bathes are seventeen there are: taking bath on Friday, taking bath on holiday, take bath for asking the rain (istisqo), taking bath for the lunar eclipse and the sun eclipse.




Take bath for man who has bathed the human corpse, and unbeliever who come into Islam, the crazy and the epilepsy man who have record.



Taking bath before ihram, before come into Mecca for wukuf in Arofah, and before t
Throwing three jumroh before tawaf.



PART X
KHUFFAIN/MUSAH
(WIPING TWO BOOT)



Wiping two boot is possible (jaiz) whit 3 requirements.
1.      The time to wipe it, has to pure at all.
2.      Two boot have to shut the parts which are have to wipe, if the wiping with water.
3.      The two boots have to strong if it used for walking.
The resident, possible to wipe two boots during a day night, and the traveler possible to wipe it during three days and night.

The beginning of wiping is since he has the ritual impurity after using the boots. If somebody wipes the boots at the time of walking than he resident, or wipes it at the time of resident than he walk, he has perfect the wiping as the resident.



The things which abrogate the wiping boots are three, there are:
1.      Remove the boots.
2.      The finish of wiping time.
3.      Something which obligate to bath.








PART XI
TAYAMMUM
(RITUALY PURITY WITH SAND IN ABSENCE OF WATER)





Tayammum is wiping the dust into face and hand with the certain requirement. The requirement of tayammum are five:
1.      Obstacle which is caused by walking or sick.
2.      Enter the time of praying.
3.      Looking for water.
4.      Difficulty of using it.
5.      The pure dust.
Obligation of tayammum are four
1.      Intention.
2.      Wiping face.
3.      Wiping hand to the elbow.
4.       Ordering.
Optional of tayammum are three.
1.      Reading Basmallah.
2.      Beginning the right on the left.
3.      Ordering.










PART XII
THE THINGS WHICH ABROGATE THE TAYAMMUM
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:


The things which abrogate tayammum are three:
1.      Everything which abrogate the ablution.
2.      Looking the water in other time of praying.
3.      Riddah (apostate).
Who has the bandage, just wipe the bandage and tayammum than pray. He does not obligated to repeat his praying, if he is pure when put the bandage.



Tayammum is obligated in every time of praying. And possible to do the optional pray with one tayammum.

PART XIII
EVERY THINGS WHICH COME OUT FROM THE QUBUL AND DUBUR






Everything which come out from the Qubul and Dubur are excrement, except the sperm.
            As we have known, that washing the urine and motion is obligate. Except the children’s urine. And this children who has not eaten every food. It just spotted with water in washing.




There is no the excrement which is forgive, except little blood and pus, and the animal which has not the blood that is stream down when it fall in the water and die there. And this animal do not soil the water.
            All of the animal are pure, except the dog, hog and their children. And all of the carcass are excrement, except fish carcass, locust, and the carcass of Adam children’s (human being).
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:




Have to washed every trays which are licked by dog and hog with seventh wasting and one of washing has to mixed with the dust. And it washed once only than the other  excrements with the water in the excrement. If it repeated till three times, it is better.
Syaikh Abu Syujak R.A. said:


If the wine change to be vinegar it self, it is pure. But if the wine made to be vinegar with mix something in to it this wine do not pure.









PART XIV
MENSTRUATION, PARTURITION, AND ISTIHADHAH







The bloods that come out from the vulva are three. There are: menstruations blood, parturition blood and istihadhohs blood.
*Menstruation is blood that come out from woman’s vulva normally (healthy), and it does not come out after parturition.
*Parturition is blood that come out when she births.
*Istihadhoh is blood that come out at an other menstruation and parturition come out.

Menstruation has an other name. that there are Haidh, Irak, Dhihk, Ikbar, Ishar, Thimtsi, and Diras.
Ø  The least of menstruation time is a day and night. And six or seventh days is usual. And the longest is fifteen days
Ø  The last of parturition time is a win. Fourth days is usual, and the longest is sixty.
Ø  The least of pure time between two menstruation is fifteen days. And the longest is do not limited.
Ø  The least of woman age which is happen the menstruation is nine years. And there is no limit for the age which is more than nine years.
Ø  The last of pregnant time is six month and two lahzhah (two scolding’s) and the longest is four years and for usual is nine month.




After for the menstruation and parturition are forbidden in eight things. There are:
    1.      Praying.
    2.      Fasting.
    3.      Reading of holly Qur’an.
    4.      Touch the Qur’an and  bringing it.
    5.      Enter the Mosque.
    6.      Thawaf.
    7.      Wathi’ (have sexual intercourse).
    8.      Try to fill her sex satisfaction.

 Ø  And for bidden for who has ritually impure (Junub) in five things. There are:
*praying.
*Reading of Holly Qur’an.
*Touch Mushaf (Qur’an)
*Thowaf.
*Reside in the Mosque.

 Ø  And for bidden for who has Hadas in three things. There are:
*Praying.
*Thowaf.
*Touch or bring Qu’ran.


CLOSING
            Finally, with all our energy, we can finish this task (E-Paper).
Nothing we can give for you, just it. No hope we have, just may this E-Paper has useful for us.
Thanks to Allah who has give us time to do this task. And because of Allah, we can give it for you all.
